What is this site?
- The AllShadow Wiki is designed to be a place for How-To's and tutorials for the T-Mobile Smartphone Community including the Shadow and G1.
- Truly, it is a place to learn how to get more out of your device.
How is it different than AllShadow.com?
- This is a place to learn how to optimize your device and leave permanent tools for others to learn how to better improve their device.
- It is NOT a place to discuss or ask questions. That is best done over at the Allshadow forums!
How do I use it?
- The best way is to pick your device on the Main Page and start exploring.
- This wiki has also been optimized for Mobile viewing. In Pocket Internet Explorer goto wiki.allshadow.com and change your view to One Column (Menu > View > One Column)
How can I add to the wiki?
- Before you can edit a page you need to log in or register.
- Then log in, hit the edit link (upper right) and go to town.
What should I add to the wiki?
- Minor changes like spelling or grammar
- Updated information on applications or themes
- Explanation of specific hacks, programs, etch to enhance your device
Some tips on adding to the wiki
- Before making edits please be familiar with how a wiki works and the formatting standards. You can learn more about that in the user's guide.
- It is advisable to have one page per application, hack, process, tutorial and so on.
- Main Category pages are welcomed just as we have them set up now.
- If you are a Wiki Pro, please note that many links are external.
- If you have a moment please feel free to import the external information into the wiki.
- For example the link to Adobe Flash Player 7 links to a thread in the forums. Having that information editable and in the Wiki will ensure that the information can be updated if the process changes. This will benefit everyone.
- If you need a place to mess around while you learn how to format and use wiki code please do so in the Sandbox.
Why should I add to the wiki?
- Because we are obsessed with our devices and the only way to really progress is to share! And this is the place to do it!

Or find a new theme or a tutorial on making your own theme. For the advanced, learn how to upgrade to 6.1, perform registry hacks and even disassemble your Shadow.
