Installation:

Copy the .cab file to your device and run it. The application will install. Note: You will need to restart your device after installation for this to work properly.

Use:

It basically runs itself when a recognized protocol is detected in Pocket Internet Explorer. Alternatively, if you know a RTSP address of a streaming media you would like to connect to, you can go to Start > Streaming Media > Connect (left soft button) and enter the address.
