  • Hex colors are compromised of 6 numeric or alpha characters, there are 3 sets of 2 consisting of red green and blue.
  • The numbers that can be used are 0-9 obviously and the letters that can be used at A-F. 0 being dark F being light.
    • 1st and 2nd characters are red
    • 3rd and 4th characters are green
    • 5th and 6th characters are blue.
  • Examples:
    • To turn your start menu Blue:
      • My hex color would be #0000FF (RED 00, GREEN 00, BLUE FF)
    • To make it Green
      • The hex color would be #00FF00
    • and red is...
        1. FF0000...
    • You can mix the colors...so #336699 is a dark light blue, and #CCCCCC is a light grey while #444444 is a darker gray
