Installing 6.1 Themes

Steps:
- Install Freddy's Black Theme
- Make sure You have downloaded Total Commander and have it installed on your phone. See here for more info.
- Once you have it installed Download The theme you want and save it to your documents for easy access
- Go to settings > home screen > home screen layout > (change it to windows simple) > press done till you revert back to the start menu
- Open Up Total Commander (it will open up to the Device Folder)
- Go to my documents (Where you saved your theme from Step)
- Once You Find The Theme Press the center button to go in to the Zipped Folder
- Once you are in the Zipped folder you will see another folder with the theme
- GO to File > Scroll Down to "Move" > Press Down To "Tree" > Press Ok >Once The Tree Show Scroll Down To "My documents" > Press OK Twice(it Will unzip the theme to my Documents)
- Navigate To the Theme in My Documents > Press the center Button > (it will show all the files needed for the theme)
- Press "File" > "View Modes" > Scroll Down To "Select / unselect Files" and press the center Button > On this next Screen "JUST PRESS OK!!!!" it will automatically select all the files > go to "file" > "Copy" > Scroll down to "Tree" > Scroll All the way down to the "WINDOWS" folder and press ok twice > it will bring up a page asking you to overwrite > SCROLL DOWN TO PRESS OVERWRITE ALL AND PRESS THE CENTER BUTTON.
- Once you do that Just press "End" and Soft Reset you phone.

- Once You're back up go to Settings > home screen > home screen layout > and scroll down to Freddy's Theme with icon bar > Press Done Till You revert to the start menu > Press end

- Make sure to download and install "Freddy Reyes Black Theme." Click here for the download: Media:WM61_Black_Theme.CAB
- Freddy Reyes Black theme comes with 3 options in the home screen section of your shadow:
- FR WM6.1 Black theme:this is a regular setting theme without a dock inconbar
- FR WM6.1 Black theme with Iconbar: this is a theme with an dock iconbar which will change depending on the new theme you add.
- FR WM6.1 Black theme with dockstation: this is if you want to include rinku's dockstation on you phone.
- its preferable if you use FR WM6.1 Black theme with Iconbar: this is a theme with iconbar bar settings.
- Zipped Folder Themes: Make sure this theme is you default theme if your using zip folder themes.
- Usage for zip folder themes are simple: unzip the file, once unzipped copy all the images shown in the extracted folder. After copying those images post inside the /windows folder located in you shadow. After you've open active sync, your computer should then ask, "do you want to overwrite the following files" choose yes to all.
- Next up is the WMP (windows media player) folder this you will need to copy the entire folder then go to you active sync and go to the following: Program files/Windows media player..then copy the WMP folder in that location) after all this is finished restart your phone (or soft reset.)
- Once phone has restarted you theme should be in play and ready for usage.
- Cabbed themes: This is the more preferred use way of installing a theme while its easier than a zip folder theme it can be a problem also. To use a cab is very simple: you can drag and drop this anywhere in active sync just make sure you remember where to locate it (Note: its best to install the cabs to your storage card). Some cabs my ask you do you right to preform a soft reset say yes to this after reset your theme should be installed and working.
- Known Cab theme issues-- Uninstalled the cab but some files hasnt been removed and its still is in the program list, to get rid of that program do the following:
- reinstall the same cab you tried to uninstall it will say there is another version of this installed do you want to continue say yes once you did this the files should be overwrite each other an the files should be removed.
- if that doesnt work just restart your phone and re do the following step above.
