Steel is a full browser that is similar to the stock browser but includes some great features, some of the biggest being an AutoRotate feature and an onscreen keyboard. The Virtual Keyboard has a haptic feedback option which makes it pretty nice to type on. It is still a work in progress by the developer but it has the potential to top the Chome browser. Steel offers fullscreen mode and has a menu button that when pressed will open up options for new windows back & forward and bookmarks. (The pages option is similar to the Iphone's side by side pages unlike Chrome's tiled approach) The browser works great on Edge/3G and I have noticed that it loads slightly quicker & smoother than Chrome. The developer has a blog on http://www.kolbysoft.com and he has great 'customer service' He answers questions promptly and gives updates on what his next steps are. Overall a good experience.
